摘    要:随着中国经济的迅速发展,企业正面临着产全面升级、产品技术含量逐步提高、国际竞争日趋激烈的机遇与挑战。这一变化对于我国通过在企业中的继续教育培养与开发大量的素质型员工提出较高的要求。本文通过实证研究的方法旨在深入了解基于素质模型的员工培训与开发中所存在的问题,进而从系统的角度探索员工合理的培训与开发研究。

Abstract:With China’s rapid economic development,enterprises are facing opportunities and challenges in full upgrade,gradual increase of the product technology content,increasingly fierce of international competition,which puts forward higher requirements for the continuing education in enterprise and developing large number of high-quality staff.Through empirical research methods,this article aims to have a deeper understanding of the issues in employee training and development based on quality model and explore the reasonable training and development of staff from a system perspective.
