| 摘 要： | 伴随目前经济增速放缓的趋势,产品质量的保证是企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中保持竞争优势的关键。本文通过对上海慧高品质管理问题的现状,对影响产品质量的关键因素进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了产品质量管理改善的相关对策。
