Research on the Application of Open and Distance Education in Adult Education

Open and distance education is a modern and new form which faces on-the-job personnel.With the popularity of network and the social and economic development,the traditional education mode of giving priority to self-learning and face-to-face teaching which on-the-job personnel followed has not adapt to people’s needs and development of the times,and it is replaced by learning mode of combing with multimedia and interactive distance learning platform independent study inevitably.Modern remote network education is becoming an important mode of development of adult education.
