| Abstract: | Nowadays the urban rail transit in Chinese cities is developing rapidly.It’s an important issue that tapping the potential and fully using the existing human resources to improve the operational efficiency of the MTR,basing on the success ful construction and safe operation.Meanwhile,it’s one of important measures responding to the policy of energy-saving and emission reduction.The crew working is one of the cores of the MTR operation. |
