| Abstract: | The article introduces the self-organization theory whose main contents includ Dissipative Structure and Synergetics,analyses the Dissipative Structure property of project implementation system,explores its self-organization mechanism,in order to build a complete theoretical system foundation,run awareness of the projects operation law into a new perspective and theoretical level,and lead the new perspective of the system. |
