| 摘 要： | 随着高校由"精英教育"向"大众教育"的转变,使得大学毕业生由"卖方市场"进入了"买方市场",大学毕业生的就业问题已日趋突显,对于就业困难大学生,政府、社会、学校应该根据实际情况,积极采取行之有效的帮扶措施,促进他们充分就业。

| Abstract: | With the change of university from "elitism education" to "mass education",it make university graduates enter into the "buyer's market" from "seller's market",so the issue of employment of college graduates has been increasingly highlighted.For the college students with employment difficulties,Governments,societies and schools should take effective aid measures and promote their employment according to the actual situation. |
