| 摘 要： | ":卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国实现培养实用型工程人才目标的一次重大改革。笔者吸取湖北汽车工业学院科技学院与德国巴登-符腾堡斯图加特双元制大学合作的经验,分析产学合作教育的特征,得出一些学校与企业合作关系、学校在制定培养计划和课程设定目标等方面的启发。

| Abstract: | "Outstanding Engineer Training Plan" is a major reform to achieve the objective of fostering practical talents of engineering.The author learned from the experience of the cooperation between the School of Science and Technology of Hubei University of Automotive Technology and Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Stuttgart,analysed the characteristics of production-teaching cooperation,and drew some inspiration on the cooperation relationship between school and enterprise,and the development of training plans and courses setting goals in school. |
