| 摘 要： | 本文使用基于投入角度DEA的CR模型分析2004年~2008年全国各省医药制造业研发效率,为更好的提高医药制造业研发效率和创新提供理论上的依据。结果:大部分省份研发效率较低,研发经费内部支出过多,研发人员投入过剩,投入不能有效的转化为产出。

| Abstract: | This paper use CR model to analyze R&D efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacture industry through provinces in China in 2004~2008,in order to provide a theretical basis for improving R&D efficiency and innovation.The R&D efficiency of most provinces is lower,the internal expenditure of R&D funding is too much,the input of R&D personnel is excess,input can not effectively translate into output. |
