| 摘 要： | 以陕西为例,通过分析城市化过程中造成土地资源压力日趋增大的原因,即土地资源短缺,且利用效率低,土地浪费严重等问题。提出城市化过程中土地可持续利用的对策。

| Abstract: | Taking Shaanxi province as an example,the paper discusses the reasons of the increasing pressure on land resources in the course of urbanization.These reasons includ land shortage,low efficiency in land use and land waste.Finally some counter measures were put forward to achieve land sustainable use. |
