京沪铁路1-9m框构桥顶进线路加固施工技术

摘    要:京沪线为动车铁路,列车密度大,行车速度快,运力特别紧张。看丹路设计以1-9m框构下穿京沪铁路正线及保温段走行线、机车走行线、沪广联络线共五股铁路,并且在线路加固范围内有京沪下行SC330-12号AT右开道岔一组,如何在最短时间内安全优质完成线路加固施工任务,确保框构顶进施工顺利进行是一项比较复杂的技术难题。本文在京沪上下行线采用I900大型工字钢纵梁,不设3-5-3扣轨的加固方法,在其他线上采用常规的3-5-3扣轨及纵抬横挑工字钢加固线路,列车限速45km/h,实现了快速安全顶进施工。本文主要介绍了京沪线线路加固施工技术,为今后类似框构顶进施工提供了技术参考。

Abstract:Beijing-Shanghai Railway is EMU line,the density is high,the driving speed is fast,so the capacity is particularly nervous.In the design,there are five unit railway,1-9m box frame across under Beijing-Shanghai Railway and the insulation segment going line,locomotive going line,and Shanghai-Guangzhou contact line,and in line reinforcement range,there is a group of Beijing-Shanghai Railway down SC330-12,AT right open turnout.How to complete the line reinforcement construction task within security quality in shortest time,ensure the smooth conduction of frame jacking construction is a more complex technology challenge.This paper used the reinforcement method of I900 I-beam stringer and not setting 3-5-3 buckle rail in the download line and used the conventional 3-5-3 buckle rail and vertical lift pick-beam cross on the other line.The train speed is limited to 45km/h,and the fast and safe jacking construction is ensured.This article focuses on the reinforcement construction technology of Beijing-Shanghai line to provide technical reference for future similar jacking box frame construction.
