| 摘 要： | 加强教学秘书队伍建设,对于新建本科院校的教学管理水平和教学质量提高有重要的现实意义,本文以西安文理学院为例,剖析我院教学秘书管理队伍目前存在的若干问题,进而分析原因,建议学校以人为本,为教学秘书提供合理发展空间,力促教学秘书队伍专业化,为学院的高质量可持续发展提供重要的人力保障。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of teaching secretary team has important realistic meaning for teaching management and improvement of teaching quality in newly constructed university.This paper analyzes the problems in teaching management team at present,taking Xi’an University of Arts and Science as example,and then analyzes the causes,university should be people oriented to provide the reasonable development space for teaching secretary,striving to promote professionalization of teaching secretary team,so as to provide important human security for high quality and sustainable development of university. |
