普通铣床铣窄槽专用夹具设计分析

摘    要:普通铣床铣窄槽一般采用锯片铣刀,但其存在很大的缺陷,例如易打刀、效率低等缺点。为了提高其加工效率在加工不同零件时,设计专用夹具已达到高效。铣窄槽夹具的设计就是根据零件的特点而设计的一种专用夹具。

Abstract:Common milling machine milling narrow groove generally use the saw blade milling cutter,but there exists great defects,such as the defects of low efficiency,easy to be broken.In order to improve the processing efficiency in the processing of different parts,design of special fixture has reached high efficiency.Milling narrow groove fixture is designed according to the characteristics of the parts and the design of a dedicated fixture.
