Study on Crisis Management of the Library and Its Countermeasures

The library crisis has long-term,complex,difficult recovery,and hidden features,so the management of library crisis is a long-term and arduous task,and only we fully understand the meaning and types of crisis,and develop scientific and effective crisis management plans and strategies for library crisis,can we better avoid risk,and enhance the effectiveness of library management.On these issues are discussed in this article to make certain reference to the study on crisis management of library.
