摘    要:在C2C电子商务环境下,电子商店之间的竞争越来越激烈,顾客忠诚度尤为重要,是电子商店谋求长期发展的保证。本文分析了C2C时代消费者特征和影响C2C顾客忠诚度的因素,并提出了提升顾客忠诚度的相关建议。

Abstract:Under the C2C e-commerce environment,the competition between electronic store is increasing,so the customer loyalty is important and it is the guarantee for long-term development of electronic shop.This paper analyzes the consumer characteristics in C2C era and influence factors of C2C customer loyalty,and make recommendations to improve customer loyalty.
