刺槐细根段催芽育苗技术研究

摘    要:以刺槐细根段进行催芽育苗,结果表明,惊蛰以前开始催芽,4月中、下旬移栽,根段发芽率、芽苗移栽成活率可达到98.9%,细根段催芽育苗技术使刺槐优良无性系的繁殖系数从13提高到80以上,当年平均苗高2.5m,为刺槐良种的快速繁育奠定了基础。

Abstract:Tests of seedling raising are conducted with a fine roots of Robinia pseudoacacia.The results show that,if germinating before the waking of insects,and transplanting in the mid-and late-April,root germination rate and seedling transplanting survival rate can reach 98.9%,germinating and seedling raising technique of fine roots makes the locust clones breeding coefficient increased from 13 to more than 80,the average height of 2.5m of the locust,has laid the foundation of rapid breeding for the locust.
