| 摘 要： | 电力建设工程的造价主要由设备及工器具购置费、建筑安装工程费用和其他费用共3大部分构成。所谓工程造价的有效控制,就是在优化建设方案、设计方案的基础上,在建设程序的各个阶段,采用一定的方法和措施将工程造价的发生控制在合理的范围和核定的造价限额以内。
