| 摘 要： | 模具的数字化设计及加工过程仿真一体化技术是现代机械加工的发展方向。运用Pro/E软件进行塑件及其注塑模设计,将模具中的凸模和凹模数据转换到MasterCAM中进行数控编程和加工仿真。该方法可以提高塑料模具的开发效率。

| Abstract: | An integrated technique of plastics injection mould design and process simulation was the development direction of modern mechanical processing.Plastics products and plastics injection mould were designed using Pro/Engineer.Then the model data were converted and imported into MasterCAM to program NC codes and to make machining simulation.The developme effieiency of plastics injection mould can be improved using the method. |
