Garden plants with ornamental value can bring social and personal benefits,so it is necessary to conduct asset valuation,and when we assess garden plants’ value,it is related to the usual management and maintenance costs,the price of plants,the potential function of landscaping,higher ornamental value.Garden plant has many obvious potential functional values,which makes the value of the land of garden also grow virtually.Prices of most real estate are impacted by the degree of landscaping,therefore,the value of garden plants is to be further explored.This article focuses on the asset valuation of garden plants.
