| 摘 要： | 在开放教育办学过程中,思想政治工作体现"以人为本"精神,最基本的前提是尊重学生,最根本的要求是促进学生全面和谐发展,最佳的切入点是帮助学生解决实际问题。只要思想政治工作者身体力行"以人为本"精神,就能增强亲和力,从而收到良好的教育效果。

| Abstract: | In the process of open education,the basic prerequisite that ideological and political work embodying the "people-oriented" spirit is respection for students,the most fundamental requirement is to enhance students’ overall harmonious development,and the best starting point is to help the students solve real-world problems.As long as the ideological and political workers practice the "people-oriented" spirit,it will increase the affinity and receive a good education. |
