| 摘 要： | 2001年末阿根廷爆发的金融危机再次为世界经济如何健康发展敲响了警钟，金融危机虽然还没有大面积波及其他国家，但他给阿根廷带来的社会危机的严重后果是值得人们深思的。发展中国家如何在发展经济的同时，处理好债务与经济发展的关系，是一个不容忽视的问题。

| Abstract: | At the end of 2001, the financial crisis in Argentina ringed the alarm bell again about how the international economy develops healthy. At the present, the crisis hasn't attacked other countries in large scale, but it' s severie effects on Argentina are worth people thinking deeply about. It is a issue that cannot be allowed to be slight, that how to handle the relation between debts and economic development in developing countries at the time when they develop their economy. |
