| 摘 要： | 加快企业经济发展速度并取得良好成效,必须提高企业核心竞争力已成共识。那么如何才能提高?无论从理论、经验还是企业实践均证明了:企业文化是提升企业核心竞争力的动力源,因此加强企业文化建设便成为人们探究的热门话题。但是,从现阶段看,我国不少企业在企业文化建设中存在许多问题,步入误区。
