| 摘 要： | 应用型本科人才岗位直通培养模式旨在探索培养目标明确指向某一职业群,培养符合一线岗位要求的从业者的有益尝试。高校要与行业协作成立专业指导委员会,精心打造校企合作平台;要创建先进的仿真模拟与生产性实训基地,实现毕业就业岗位直通。

| Abstract: | The cultivation mode for applied talents suitable for job position aims to probe the cultivation goal,which definitely cultivates talents suitable for employees in the front position.Universities should found guiding committee with trades,create cooperative relationship with enterprises meticulously and establish advanced emulation and practice base to realize the direct employment for graduates. |
