| 摘 要： | 中国与中东伊斯兰国家的关系始终具有战略意蕴,相互理解与尊重的政治关系始终是双边关系的主流。自新中国成立以来,双方关系的发展经历了由双边到多边、由政治领域为主到经贸、能源、安全、文化等多领域全面提升两个阶段。今后,中国与中东伊斯兰国家的战略关系要取得进一步发展,必须解决双方在认知领域存在的误判与误解问题、贸易不平衡问题和利益摩擦问题。要解决这些问题,必须从战略的高度审视双边关系,提升中东在中国总体外交中的战略定位,构建中国特色的中东战略,加强中国对中东和伊斯兰国家开展的包括宗教交流在内的人文外交。
