| 摘 要： | 获取外国投资可以看成是填补国民生产总值缺口的一种方式。然而吸引外资又可能产生经济、政治和文化等方面一系列问题。文章指出我们要注重维护国家和企业的利益,注重对重要产业和传统品牌的保护,注重开发具有自主知识产权的技术和产品等。

| Abstract: | Acquiring foreign investment could fill a vacancy of GNP.However,it may also bring problems on economy,politics and culture,and so on.Relative analysis and our practice give us some enlightenment:pay attentions to safeguard the country's and enterprises'benefit,to protect the important industries and traditional brands,to develop the technics and products with intellectual property rights on our own,etc. |
