风险投资机构与风险投资家评价体系的构建

运用文献分析法、理论分析法以及对比分析法,对学术界文献和实践界排名体系进行了解读,通过探究原有排名的数据来源与评选流程,丰富了数据收集途径和处理方式。根据理论与现实的依据,在风险投资机构与风险投资家评价体系的构建中,确立了新体系适应性、准确性、可比性、可操作性以及时代性的原则,使之具有公开性和服务性、数据全面性和均衡性、体系平衡和丰富化的特点,由评审委员会根据受众不同将风险投资机构与风险投资家评价体系按四维指标分析法进行了权重调整,最终达到了一套指标,多套榜单的效果。

On the Construction of Risk Evaluation Systemfor Risk Investment Institutions and Investors

This paper, by using literature analysis, theoretical analysis and contrast analysis, interprets the ranking system of the academicliterature and practice, and enriches the data collection approach and treatment through studying the data source of the original ranking andselection process. On the basis of theory and reality and during the construction of evaluation system for risk investment institutions and investors ,a new system is established with the principle of adaptability, accuracy, comparability, maneuverability and times, as well as thecharacteristics of openness and service, data＇s comprehensiveness and balance, system＇s balance and enrichment. The evaluation committee,according to different receivers, makes weight adjustment for the evaluation system of risk investment institutions and investors using four -dimensional index analysis, and finally reaches a set of indicators and multiple sets.
