摘    要:人力资本对制造业转型升级的作用受到了学者们的广泛关注。但是,不同类型人力资本对制造业的升级的作用存在明显差异,专用性人力资本对制造业升级发挥着更为关键作用。在对专用性人力资本的特征进行分析的基础上,探讨了专用性人力资本促进制造企业升级的作用机理,进而提出了激励专用性人力资本投资的相关策略。

Abstract:The vast majority of the literature has focused on how human capital affects the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. However, different types of human capital have substantial different effects, and specific human capital plays a more crucial role in manufacturing upgrade. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the specific human capital, we discussed the mechanism of specific human capital that promotes manufacturing upgrading, and further proposed the strategy of incentive specific human capital.
