| 摘 要： | 网上商业数据的泄露和不正当使用已经严重的扰乱社会秩序， 影响到国家的战略安全和百姓的生活。文章分析了中国网上商业数据存在的问题， 明确了数据保护坚持的原则， 提出了网上商业数据保护的基本思路： 从数据收集和整理、 数据使用、 数据存储和维护等方面提出切实可行的实施细则。

| Abstract: | Online business data leaks and improper use has seriously disturbed social order and affected the country＇s strategic security and the people＇s life. This paper analyzes the existing problems of China＇s online business data, declares and identifies the principle of data protection, puts forward the basic ideas of the online business data protection and feasible implementation details in terms of data collection and sorting, data use, data storage and maintenance etc. |
