摘    要:速度经济下,企业动态竞争优势的获取需要创新,而创新源于知识转移,知识转移受心理资本的影响,心理资本受组织支持因素的影响。基于此,文章提出了基于心理资本中介效应的组织文化对知识转移影响的研究假设和结构模型,设计了9变量45指标的系统结构量表,并对相关假设进行了统计检验和影响效应分析,总结了组织文化对知识转移的诱导示范、认同内化、交流促进与创新学习影响机理。

Abstract:Under the speed economy, the dynamic and competitive advantages of enterprises require continuous innovation. However, the innovationoriginates from the knowledge transferring which is influenced by the psychological capital, and the organizational support affects the psychologicalcapital. Given the above, this paper, based on the mediating effect of the psychological capita, puts forth the relevant hypothesis and the structuralmodel of organizational culture influencing knowledge transmitting, designs a system structure with 9 variables and 45 indexes, and then gives therelevant hypothesis statistical test and effect analysis. Finally, the paper concludes the effect mechanism of organizational culture influencing knowl 鄄edge transferring such as instruction and demonstration, identification and internalization, exchange and promotion, and innovative learning.
