| 摘 要： | 城镇化建设是一个复杂的系统工程,是经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然结果 ,推进城镇化建设必须遵循一定的客观规律,违背客观规律就会事倍功半,甚至失败。城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,人类一切生产活动的最终目的都是为了人的自由全面的发展,人的城镇化是一个缓慢的过程,在完全实现人的城镇化之前,应该平稳推进城镇化建设,城镇化建设应该有个过渡期。

| Abstract: | Urbanization a complicated systemic project and it is also an inevitable outcome of economy and society when they are developed to a certain stage. Therefore, certain objective laws should be followed when promoting urbanization, and violating these objective laws will get half the result with double the effort, even completely failed. People＇s urbanization is the core of urbanization, while the ultimate purpose of all mankind＇s productive activities are for the human＇s free and all-round development. Human＇s urbanization is a slow progress. Before completely realizing human＇s urbanization, the construction of urbanization should be pushed steadily and should also have a transition period. |
