以小微古村镇为产业集聚地的苏南新型城镇化战略研究

以小微古村镇为中心实现产业集聚的苏南地区新型城镇化的路子，可谓是一石三鸟：一方面可以就近承接长三角中心城市的产业转移；另一方面也为小微古村镇历史遗存的保护提供了经济支撑；第三，古村镇休闲产业的开发、地方特产的文化品味提炼、特色农业项目的选择都是利用区域资源发展文化产业的有益尝试。文章基于苏南小微古村镇的生存现状提出了分三步走的城镇化路径。

The New Urbanization Strategy Based on the Ancient Small and Little Towns of Southern Jiangsu Province

Taking the ancient small and little towns as the Industrial agglomerations in south Jiangsu Province has three benefits： Firstly, it is easy to undertake the industrial transfer from the Yangtze River Delta. Secondly, it provides the economic support for these towns＇ cultural relic protection. Moreover, taking the advantages of regional resources is also a beneficial attempt to develop local recreation industries, refine native cultures and select featured agricultural projects. This paper suggested three steps promoting the urbanizations of these towns which have been proposed on the basis of considering the current situations of these towns.
