我国目前个人收入性别差异的通径分析——基于第二期全国妇女地位抽样调查的数据分析

在对个人收入差距产生的原因进行定性分析的基础上,利用第二期全国妇女地位抽样调查的数据,对我国男性和女性的收入差距作了回归分析和通径分析.结果表明,除了人力资本等因素外,性别对个人收入存在显著影响,性别既通过教育、晋升和行业等对个人收入产生间接影响,也对收入产生直接影响.说明了劳动力市场上性别歧视的存在.缩小两性间的收入差距,需要国家在确保公平的教育机会和就业环境等方面做出努力,为妇女发挥能力创造一个公平的环境.

Causal Analysis On The Income Difference Between Male and Female In China-Based On The Second Survey About Female's Social Status

Using the data that come from the Second Survey about Female's Social Status in China, this paper indicates that gender doesn't only influence one's income indirectly by human capital, occupation and so on, but also influences the income directly. Gender discrimination in the labour market does exist. So the government should make steps and help reduce this difference.
