| 摘 要： | 文章对27家上市汽车生产企业2003年至2005年的固定资产结构进行了分析，发现上市汽车生产企业固定资产内部结构不合理，固定资产结构与企业绩效呈负相关关系。文章指出加大生产经营用固定资产的投入、加快固定资产更新改造是提高当前上市汽车生产企业绩效的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This essay analysed the fixed assets' formations and performance of 27 listed companies in Automobile Production from 2003 to 2005,and found that the internal formation of the fixed assets is irrational and relationship between the fixed asset's formation and performance appear a negative correlation relation.It also points out that the effective way to improve economic efficiency is to increase the fixed investments of production facilities and speed up the transformation and renovation of the fixed assets... |
