我国"赶超战略"阶段性分析及经济发展思路的再思考

随着我国经济发展与改革的不断深入，经济增长的巨大潜力日益显现。但同时，经济全球化条件下，我国经济增长过程也遭到来自世界各类型国家的警惕和防范。这主要是由于自改革开放以来，作为发展中大国实行“外向型”为主导发展战略的负面结果。因此，在分析发展中大国制定发展战略经验教训的基础上，对发展中大国的经济“赶超战略”阶段进行了划分；并依据我国经济赶超所处阶段，提出贯彻“科学发展”的思想，实施“立足国内市场、全球配置生产”的战略部署。

Reconsideration of An Analysis of Phases of "Overtaking Strategy" and the Economic Development Ideas of China

With the deepening of economic development and reformation,the immense potential of economic development has come forth.At the same time,under the circumstance of economic globalization,the process of our economic development has encountered wariness from countries all over world.This situation has resulted in the negative effect of implementation of expert-oriented development strategy as an important developing country since reform and opening.Hence,we compartmentalize the phase of entire strategy for the economic development in China,put forward fulfillment of "scientific development" thought,implement the strategy of "stabilization in domestic market,produce allocation in global market".
