| 摘 要： | 高端引领、创新驱动是北京未来经济社会发展的重大战略选择，北京市属国有企业理应主动承担起创新驱动发展的重任。基于北京的环境条件、发展定位以及国企的特殊功能，市属国有企业在北京实施创新驱动发展战略中肩负着新的使命，创新驱动发展成为市属国有企业转型升级的新起点，市属国有企业要加快提升自主创新能力，创新商业模式，走高端引领和绿色发展之路。

| Abstract: | ＂Advanced industry leading, innovation-driving＂ is an important strategy choice for Beijing economic and social development. The Beijing＇ s state-owned enterprises should lead the innovation development. Based on the situation, position and function ofBeijing＇ s state-owned enterprises, innovation-driving development is a new start point for their transformation upgrading. They should speed up independent innovation, business model innovation and take the advanced leading and greendevelopment road. |
