摘    要:广东农工商职业技术学院软件技术专业针对软件行业技术要求高、知识要求广、素质要求优的行业特性,参照成果导向教育理念,创建“专业模块+自选课程”的学分制课程体系,建立“企业教师+德育教师+专业教师+辅导员”的教学团队,形成“两课堂联动”的人才培养路径,构建“模仿项目、竞赛项目、创业(外包)项目”的“三递进”优质载体,有效解决学生专业技能培养和素质养成各环节相对孤立以及无法满足学生个性化培养的问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the industrial characteristics of the software industry with high technical requirements,extensive knowledge requirements,and excellent quality requirements,the software technology major refers to the concept of outcome-based education,creates a"professional module&optional courses"credit curriculum system,establishes a teaching team of"enterprise teachers&moral education teachers&professional teachers&counselors",forms a personnel training path of“two classes linking”,builds a“three progressing”high-quality carrier of“imitation projects,competition projects,and entrepreneurship(outsourcing)projects”.It can effectively solve the problems of the relatively isolated aspects of students'professional skills development and quality development,and the inability to meet the needs of students'individual cultivation.
