疫情防控下物业综合经营服务课程思政案例构建及教学实践初探

讲好中国抗疫故事,引导学生树立正确的价值观和职业观,是职业院校教师的职责所在。该文以《物业综合经营服务》课程中住宅小区物业经营服务单元为例,结合物业人在新冠疫情防控中的感人故事,实现专业课程与思政元素的有机融合,帮助学生掌握物业经营服务的概念、内容及开展方式,同时引导学生树立正确的价值观和职业观。

Construction of Ideological and Political Cases and Teaching Practice of Property Comprehensive Management Service Course under Epidemic Prevention and Control

It is the duty of teachers in vocational colleges to tell Chinese anti epidemic stories well and guide students to set up correct values and professional outlook.In this paper,the real estate management service unit of residential quarter in the course of“property comprehensive management service”is taken as an example,combining with the touching stories of property owners in the prevention and control of COVID-19,and ingeniously realizing the organic integration of professional courses and ideological and political elements,which not only helps students master the concept,content and development mode of property management service,but also guides students to establish correct values and professional outlook and helps cultivate technical talents with qualified political and excellent property management techniques for national economic construction.
