| 摘 要： | 近年来,云南在建设中国—东盟自由贸易区和加快建设面向西南开放重要"桥头堡"的新形势下,加强与东盟合作,采取了一系列新思路、新举措、新政策,成效显著。在新形势下,完善广西西南国际大通道建设,构筑广西与东盟开放合作的平台,加强与周边国家文化交流,加快广西的涉外经济体制改革。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Yunnan has been strengthening the cooperation to ASEAN and takes famous effects by taking a series of new ideas, new initiatives, new policies, in the new situation of construction of China-ASEAN FTA and an important bridgehead of opening to southwest.
