广西沿边地区特色农产品低碳化开发探讨

中国—东盟自贸区建成之后,基础薄弱的广西沿边地区农业受到巨大的挑战。走"特色农产品低碳化开发"之路,以"特"、"优"、"无公害"在市场竞争中胜出,是为积极应对举措。而这一战略的施行,首先需要政府、农民和社会各界群策群力,提升低碳生产意识,发掘低碳生产举措;其次,扶持农业龙头企业是该战略的发动机,因其可将特色农业低碳生产链优化、延长;再次,充分利用物联网技术,以信息化手段提升特色农产品低碳化开发的质量与内涵;最后,利用自身在低碳农业科技上的优势开展跨国合作,把低碳农业产业链跨国延伸,化不利因素为有利因素。

Development of Guangxi border-land Characteristic Agriculture Products by Low-Carbon approach

After the established of CAFTA, the agriculture of Guangxi border-land will be conlrontecl with gigan- tic challenge. In order to excel in market competition , we must develop Characteristic agriculture by low carbon ap- proach, improving products as following advantages ： ＂characteristic＂, ＂excellent quality＂ and ＂without contaminates＂. Firstly, the government and public must improve environmental protection consciousness and support the peasants to adopt the technique of low carbon. Secondly, supporting large-scale agriculture enterprise is engine of the strategy, be- cause it can optimize and extend the chain of agriculture. Thirdly, fully utilization of Internet of Things （IOT） to In- crease connotation of characteristic and low-carbon agriculture. Finally, make use of ourselves advantage on low car- bon science and technology to carry out the transnational cooperation, stretching agriculture-chain and turning unfa- vourable factors into advantageous factor.
