| 摘 要： | 目前循环经济基础理论研究较少涉及主流经济学的范畴。基于循环经济发展理念的新认识,通过全面分析、梳理经济增长理论,从主流经济学角度探讨了循环经济发展模式与经济可持续增长之间的必然联系,并提出应通过政府的有效制度规制,将资源作为生产要素纳入到生产函数中,依托循环经济发展模式,解决经济增长中的资源与环境瓶颈,长期促进经济的可持续增长。

| Abstract: | The basic theory of circular economy seldom involves major economics field at present. Tins paper analyzes the theory of circular economy and the economic growth theory. It discusses the certain relationship between circular economy mode and economic sustainable development based on major economics. It holds resources as production factor to exert its production function through the effectively governmental regulation. This can solve the problem of natural resources bottleneck in economic growth and promote the economic sustainable growth in future. |
