| 摘 要： | 项目建设管理模式多样，建设单位可依据具体情况，在法律、法规规定的框架内选择使用。目前比较通用的有自建制、总承包制、代建制（PMC）以及PPP制、BOT制等承包模式。对各种模式优缺点进行了分析，对应用中经常会碰到的问题以及调整的方法提出了建议。

| Abstract: | There are many project management patterns. The owner may select it under the frame of laws and regulations and based on the situation. Now the popular patterns include self-construction, general contract, agent construction (Project Management Contract), and PPP, BOT etc. The advantage and disadvantage of the popular patterns are discussed and the problems and relative countermeasures are put forward. |
