| 摘 要： | 文章认为,政治、经济、文化全面协调发展,改革开放,党的领导是新时期我国全面建设小康社会的三大法宝。三个方面是相互联系、相互促进的,是统一的整体。正确理解了这三个方面及其相互关系,也就等于正确把握了中国全面小康社会建设的全部。
