| 摘 要： | 本文从新农村建设的背景出发，提出区域农村工业创新的必要性，并根据相关经济学理论包括我国农村工业企业组织存在的问题和制约因素，提出建立合理的企业组织形式的途径——建立大中小型企业系列以加快区域农村工业发展，从而推进新农村建设与区域创新进程。
