| 摘 要： | 煤矿物流信息系统综合评价是考核和提升物流信息系统运行效果的重要方法，综合评价中至为关键的因素之一是准确可靠地确定定性指标的评价值。为进一步提高定性指标的评估值的准确性，本文建立了加权集值统计数学模型，并经实测运用证明加权集值统计所得评估值比传统的集值统计法更加准确，从而证明了加权集值统计的有效性。同时也为定性指标的量化提供了新的方法。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive evaluation of coal enterprise logistics information system is an important method to assess and improve the operation effect of logistics information system. One critical factor in this comprehensive evaluation is to precisely ascertain the evaluation value of qualitative index. In order to improve the Veracity of the evaluation value of qualitative index, this paper sets up a mathematical model of distributing weight set-valued statistics, proves the validity of weight set-valued statistic method through the researching result that the statistics received by the distributing weight set-valued statistics method are exacter than those by the traditional one and puts forward a totally new method for quantification of qualitative index. |
