| Abstract: | This article analyzes the four dimensions of dynamic capability:boundary spanning abilities,construction and reconstruction of organization process,the ability of organizational innovation,and the route of growing.It proves that different dynamic capability dimensions accompany with different organizational life cycle. It also demonstrates the directions of dynamic capability development in different life cycle. |
