| 摘 要： | 循环农业发展是一项跨地区、跨部门、跨行业的系统工程，必须进行综合管理。文章根据作者为有关县市编制循环农业规划的调查与思考，主要就循环农业发展的组织形式进行了构建，并系统地提出了发展循环农业的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Cycle agricultural development is a project of cross-regional,cross-departmental,cross-Industry,it need for integrated management.According to thinking and investigation of the author working out cycle agricultural planning for counties,the article mainly constructed organizational forms of cycle agricultural development,and system put forwarded measures and proposals for the cycle agricultural development. |
