Research of Decision on Logistics Outsourcing Approach of Enterprises

Analyzing the types and characteristics of logistics outsourcing in detail, this paper gives ways to determine the methods of logistics outsourcing both qualitatively and quantitatively. Logistics outsourcing model is a long-term and strategic way of busi- ness commission with mutual penetration and mutual benefits. Thus, choosing the appropriate logistics outsourcing way will reduce logistics costs and enhance competitiveness. The two methods described in this article provide enterprises with certain theoretical reference and basis, enabling enterprises choose the best way of logistics outsourcing according to their own operating conditions.
