基于供应链的港口物流发展研究

随着科技进步和生产力发展。全球经济一体化步伐日益加快，我国港口为了提升自己的综合竞争力，在面临全球激烈竞争的环境下，逐渐开始寻找新的管理策略。而供应链管理思想不断被推广，并且逐渐被接受，港口之间的竞争不再停留在港口与港口之间的竞争，而是在于港口供应链与港口供应链之间的竞争。阐述了港口发展阶段性，分析了港口物流的发展历程，并提出了港口物流供应链的概念。最后，为我国港口物流供应链的进一步发展提出了建议。

Research on the Development of Port Logistics Based on Supply Chain

With the progress of science and technology, the development of productivity, and the increasing pace of global economic integration, in the face of the global intense competition environment, China ports gradually begin searching for a new management strategy in order to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness. The thought of supply chain management has been extended, and is accepted gradually. The port competition concerns on port supply chain to port supply chain instead of port to port. The port, which is an integrated logistics provider, has process a central position and is playing a more and more important role. This paper states the development stage of the port logistics, analyses the development of port logistics, and introduces the concept of port logistics supply chain. This paper also gives out some suggestions for further developing China port logistics supply chain.
