| 摘 要： | 精益物流作为一种强调消除浪费、创造价值的管理模式．有利于改变烟草行业物流管理粗放、成本偏高的现状。近年来．邯郸烟草在现代物流建设过程中，始终重视管理创新，通过将精益理念引入到现代物流建设工作中，实现了物流精细化管理向精益化的跨越。显著提高了物流管理水平和企业竞争力。
