服装企业退货管理的逆向物流分析

随着科技发展和社会进步,以及人们的环保观念的增强,在供应链管理的环境下,实施逆向物流不仅是企业面对日益激烈竞争环境的手段,对和谐社会的构建也起到一定的作用。通过分析逆向物流的基本内容,从退货逆向物流中选取服装业为切入点,分析了目前服装企业对积压库存实施退货物流的主要环节及其必要性,再此基础上提出成功实施退货逆向物流的主要举措。

Analysis of the Returns Management in Reverse Logistics for Garment Industry

With technological development and social progress, and enhance people＇s environmental attitudes, in the supply chain management, the implementation of reverse logistics is not only the mean of business in face of increasingly fierce competition, it also play a role in building a harmonious society. This paper analyzes the basic content of reverse logistics, and select from the garment industry returns as the starting point, we analysis of the current backlog of inventory on the clothing business logistics major part of the implementation of return and the need, based on it we proposed the major initiatives for successful implementa- tion of reverse logistics return.
