Research on VMI of Supply Chain of Construction Enterprises

Construction enterprises will consume a great quantity of construction materials during the construction operation,it caused the high cost of inventory.The high cost of inventory not only hindered the rapid turnover of construction enterprises fund,but also bring the huge risk and pressure to enterprise management.This paper based on the supply chain of construction enterprises,presents the VMI could effectively reduce the inventory cost of construction enterprises,realizes strategic Win-Win between vendor and construction enterprises,to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of construction enterprises.
